Membership Pricing

Violation Penalties

If a member or chapter violates GRO Networking’s Terms and Conditions, Chapter Agreement, or any laws, penalties may include termination of membership, closure of the chapter, and forfeiture of unpaid chapter dues. Remedies are at the sole discretion of GRO Networking.

Dispute Resolution

GRO Networking will determine whether disputes are resolved through arbitration, mediation, or court. All legal matters will be handled in Lapeer County, Michigan, under Michigan law. Parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Indemnification

Members and chapters agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRO Networking for any expenses, damages, or legal judgments arising from actions or claims.

Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

All GRO Networking intellectual property — including training, branding, and marketing materials — remains the exclusive property of GRO Networking and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Legal Compliance

GRO Networking may report suspected legal violations to the appropriate authorities.

Acknowledgment of Updates

Continued membership constitutes agreement to all updates and revisions to member or chapter agreements. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance where practicable.

Financial Responsibility

GRO Networking does not control or assume responsibility for funds held in chapter accounts, including dues shares. Chapters are solely responsible for their own financial management.
